We have a range of shared office spaces available to suit different size companies, availability may vary depending on number of offices being currently occupied.

For each shared office space we include the following:

• Fob key for 24/7 access for each of your team.

• Unlimited internet access for your team and all guests
• Tea, coffee, water etc (self-serve)
• Milk, butter, spreads and sauces etc in both kitchens

• Lockers are available in the basement

• Mailing address (PO Box and Street)
• Reception/visitor sign-in and notification
• Full in-house support for all IT infrastructure

Your office rental fee includes:

Everyone has shared use of approximately 200m2 flexible meeting spaces (no additional cost):

• Reception/Cafe meeting space
• Community/stand-up desk
• Five meeting/seminar/board rooms
• Two modern fully-equipped kitchens
• 55m2 private and sheltered courtyard, with tables, umbrellas and a BBQ
