Kia ora koutou,
Welcome to our (slightly late) winter newsletter!
Let's dive into what's happening in the world of coworking as the weather starts warming up...
Bus stops and access
It's been great to see more activity on Durham Street with people using the bus stops. Don't forget that if you ever need to drop anything off at Basestation or make a quick stop for a delicious coffee at Folk, there's a loading zone directly outside on Durham Street which you can use.
Basestation x STEMFest
One of the highlights for Basestation is sponsoring the multi-award winning STEMFest. We are proud to be one of the original host venues for this free family event celebrating science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. There isn't a resident here that doesn't touch upon on of those core subjects and as such we love being able to share our space with thousands of visitors during the festival. This year the event will be held on Sunday 28th September, tickets are free but are going fast (and will most likely sell out). Read on to find out more about this event and the charity behind it all.
Shared Office Space
We currently have a variety of different size offices available, ranging from single occupancy to up to 8 people. All you need to do is move in! No need to worry about buying furniture, setting up contracts for cleaners, Wi-Fi, power suppliers, etc. Contact the team now to find out more or organise a tour.
