Welcome to our spring/summer newsletter.

As we wrap up an incredible 2025 and gear up for an even brighter 2026, it's been great to share all the highlights, laughs, and wins from another fantastic year of coworking magic. From new residents joining our community, epic projects taking off, to the occasional food related social event in the shared kitchen, it’s been a year to remember.

With Christmas just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to reflect, relax, and spread some festive cheer. Whether you’re decking the halls or just enjoying some well-deserved downtime, we hope your holiday season is filled with joy, good vibes, and plenty of (fruit) mince pies.

Basestation will be closed to the public from 24th December 2025 and reopens on Monday 12th January 2026.

Folk Coffee will be closed on the 25th-26th December 2025 and 1st-2nd January 2026 and open all other days.
